OK KIDS! Today is

My first DD underway for November 9 am
My plan is simple, keep mouth closed while around food.
And try not to make eye contact.
Have cube broth to drink 11am or later.
To do list
By a chicken and get back in the swing of making the broth, it's very yummy.
Keep busy but do nothing that takes strength.
Leaving the house helps me I remember that part.
Grocery shopping not good on dd, but have to go there, after broth supplies, etc.
Tmw Im having garden club workshop here at home.
We are working on making tissue paper flowers for our Christmas parade float entry-fun.
Making chili today for that lunch.
Tmw is a UD
I'm chanting that already.
Also I remember on UD morning of having the JUDDD high buzz.
Looking forward to that feeling

I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW WELL I've done today
Chicken with broth for dinner at 8pm
I'm sure I can sleep with that!
Probably 100 calories today! It's never happened that low.
