Monday - Up Day - What are you eating?

Today is a fish day for me.
Kippers for breakfast.
Sashimi for lunch.
Fried fish and some vegetables for dinner. Haven't decided on the veggies yet. I think I will see if I can find artichokes at Costco.

B - coffee with HWC
L - vegetable soup
D - zucchini (fresh from the garden) and ground beef skillet meal with cheese
Trying for a controlled UD since Saturday was a really big UUAD at the craft show. Darn those little old ladies selling desserts by the slice. And they had TWO carrot cakes. My downfall.

I'm struggling today. I had a monster migraine, even had to come home from for a while this morning. I've felt all day like breakfast might come back up.

Anyway... So far I had eggs and cheese, a veggie burger, Atkins bar and some pot roast. I'm not sure ill get all of my calories in today, my tummy is so grumpy. I'll try to find something light, but higher in cals to fill the gap.

I hope you got through the migraine, Rosebud. What a bummer.

I did find the artichokes, and I also added three bananas to the day.

Littlest and I found a great PIE cookbook at Half Price Books, and we are busily going through it and adding to our Thanksgiving list. A great Up Day activity.
