Newbie here! Some questions about JUDDD. :)

Hey, all! So, I started JUDDD last week to recover from my recent binging and control issues. I find it really easy to eat nothing so on DDs I go all day just drinking water, and the next day break the fast with healthy fruits or good protein and eat pretty okay for the day.
This morning however, I broke the fast with rocky road and caramel shortbread that my nana baked and brought for us yesterday. I ate a tad too many slices....
So, my question is: I also ate some salmon and baked fruit (Bear Nibbles if you haven't heard of them ) but I'm not sure of the calories in the sweets. I've estimated around 300kcal each, which would bring me to around 1650kcal already today. I can easily go the day without eating or feeling dizzy, so should I just eat some good quality protein for dinner so I can still fast tomorrow? My rotation is 0/1800 and I'm lightly active (but it's the weekend, so I'm probably gonna do 2 hours of light stationary cycling throughout the day to make up for it!) This won't wreck my rotation will it? I've been very good with counting my UDs and want to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong!

Thanks in advance.

I'd recommend a nice, healthy dinner with some good protein, even if that should bring you over your calorie limit for today. Relax, and enjoy dinner.

I agree as well. You don't want to go into your DD tomorrow feeling deprived at all, and you want to be well fueled. Especially since you do water fasting most of the day. Don't set yourself up for a tough DD. And going over on your calories a little isn't the end of the world - if you don't do it every UD.

to our wonderful world! Keep posting and learning, and good luck!

Yep, have some dinner, definately! Besides, you have zero calorie DDs. You can go over a bit on your UD cals since you're completely fasting on DDs. (at least, in my experience you can!) Welcome to you!

Wow, thanks, guys! I'll be fasting tomorrow so I can afford the cost today. Thank you so much for the welcome!

WOE: JUDDD - EOD/STILLMANS :)
Start Date: June 2013
When I did JUDDD back in June, I was completely fasting on DD's and eating whatever I wanted on UD's (I wasnt calorie counting and some days was eating 3500+) I was losing well (although I am 5ft 11 lol)
I would always aim for more food rather than less if you are fasting though - its better to start high and go lower if/when needed

You have a fantastic metabolism! I would also give almost anything to be 5'11" (let's be honest... I'd give anything to be 5'4"...)
