Start Date: Aug 2011/I've been maintaining since April 2012
B: Glutino strawberry breakfast bar (140 cal) (ate at 11:30, to maximize the fast from last night's dinner)
My super skinny no artificial anything cafe mocha (22 cal)
L: McD hamburger, about 10 fries (340 cal near as I can tell) (was supposed to be lunch out with my mom and I was going to have a chicken breast and steamed veggies--but change of plans)
S:

Starting out a little higher on dd's and going to work my way back down. It's 4 pm and I'm starving. Might need another cafe mocha. They fill me up pretty good.

Supper was meatloaf and green beans for 229 cal, giving me 730 for the day. I'm happy with that.

I ended up making pizza zoodles. 150g zucchini noodles, 1 clove garlic, 1/4 C pizza sauce, 1/3 C shredded cheese, and turkey pepperoni. It was great!

Ended the day at 607 calories and 58 grams of protein.
