D: Vodka gimlet(s), grilled chicken breast, roasted asparagus w/butter
D: PB if I have calories left

Target: 2000 and plenty of protein

So far just coffee with heavy cream and a Atks. drink for the day. Only have 310 to play with so have to be good. Today is first time of starting weight lost again so here goes hope by this time next weekend I am looseing again.

JUDDD - carb cycling

1) protein shake w/spinach and blueberries

2) chicken taco salad, Greek yo

3) protein bar, cucumber olive
salad

4) turkey, stuffed mushrooms,
sweet potato

5) cottage cheese, fruit salad

Water, coffee w/cream

Eat five meals three hours apart sounds pretty darn easy to me.. but for some reason I seem to be having trouble. Ah well, it's just a matter of adjusting. The toughest part is eating within 30 minutes of waking up!

Lamb day today. Chops for breakfast and dinner, with roast for lunch. Also having coconut milk, dates grapes, zucchini, and avocado. Not the most inspiring day, but Monday will be FISH!

I hope that's DD calories.

Today I spent most of the morning and afternoon cleaning my house. It was a long time coming lol. Lost complete interest in food and forgot to eat! I usually hate to hear people say that.

2 vanilla cokes - 300

pasta with garlic cream sauce - 300
mussels with marinara sauce- 200
eggplant parmesan - 500

cocktails - 400

maybe some ice cream later - 200

Sounds like yummy days so far for everyone!

B: eggs, cheese, olives, SF horchata (363)
L: BBQ burger, 1/2 bun, about 10 fries (564)
D: homemade chicken crusted nuggets, SF horchata (322)
S: ???

1249 so far, 1920 target. I feel like that target may be too high.... But I guess I have snack room! .....Wine is calling my name. Crap, so is the rum!...

Ugh... UUU!AD for me. Left my lunch at home and ate a bunch of junk in its place.

Then I went out to dinner with my Family to a buffet...

I feel so gross right now.

I finished off my Up Day with half a can of coconut milk with some maple sugar. This was on top of 4 lamb chops, many slices of lamb roast, and plenty of fruit, veg, and coconut oil. And woke up half a pound lighter. Yay for JUDDD! I love eating to satisfaction(and beyond!).

You probably need to eat more than 1300 calories, since every other day is a fast day, but you could also probably eat less than 1900 if it seems like way too much.
