DD of 400 Max. (Holding steady at 142, so I'm hoping for a drop for my weekly weigh in tomorrow)

Coffee, non-fat milk, splenda
Quest protein bar - apple pie flavor
Premier whey protein RTD - chocolate
Diet hot cocoa with 1 tsp. coconut oil

I started Sprint 8 intervals for 20 min. on recumbent bike for exercise today. I just discovered I have it programed in my bike, but I never realized it until yesterday, when I first discovered and researched what the heck Sprint 8 is all about. The creator is Phil Campbell - author of "Ready, Set, Go!"
