My schedule is wonky today so it's mostly eating on the go.
Breakfast sammich: gf bread with egg and melted cheese (317)
Fruit salad (200)
SF iced coffee (60)
Costco caesar salad - minus croutons & dressing (450)
Cherry pie *Larabar (210)
Eggplant lasagna (450)
Green beans w/bacon (175)
5 greek olives (80)

*Any Larabar fans? I read they're coming out with two new flavors. Pumpkin Pie and Snickerdoodle. Wooweeee
B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee, iced tea (355)
L: Banh Mi with Sriracha (320)
I haven't tried the Lara bars. They look good, but I can't justify the calorie/protein ratio when I love my Quest bars so much.
B: Coffee, plain bagel w/ cream cheese
L: Lentil soup
S: Oatmeal w/ cranberries, coffee
LOVE larabars! The cherry pie, lemon and the cashew especially.
B/ coffee with half and half, 100 calorie homemade spinach, turkey bacon quiche
L/ New Thai restaurant - had pineapple fried rice and a spring roll. I give it four stars!
D/ ?? Right now I'm full - but I've been craving cereal lately - maybe a bowl of granola
B - Pumpkin Bar with lite cool whip
L - Whole grain toast with PB
D - Baked chicken thighs, mashed potatoes and gravy
Plus a couple glasses of pinot grigio to bring me up to my target of 1874 or so.
Brunch was a kids 6 piece nugget meal from McDonalds, 510 calories less the full sugar soda.
Coffee 120 from Starbucks (skinny vanilla late, grande)
Dinner will be fetticine alfredo with rotisserie chicken and broccoli. Will get close to my limit today. We are still have problems with eating our up day calories. Hmm, never thought I would say that.
Someone needs to get this flippin Halloween candy OUT OF MY HOUSE!
B: just coffee w/ skim
L: out with DH, turkey melt on rye, split fries with DH
S: stupid M&Ms & one mini snickers bar. GRRRRRRRR
D: leftovers, probably rotisserie chicken tacos but without any shell. ;)
