Fast 5 is picking a 5 hour window to consume all your calories. When I fast 5 I usually do 5:30pm to 10:30pm. When fast 5ing I usually don't count or have DD. I usually try to do Fast 5 on vacation or on stay-cation. It helps me watch what I eat, but not stick with rotations. You can definitely combine Fast 5 with JUDDD. Just pick your 5 hour eating window and eat all your calories during that time.

Can I use fast 5 as my DD? I'm sorry to be so confusing! Can I do a fast 5 on an UD? Thank you so much!

You can do fast 5 on both days. Pick your 5 hour window and consume your DD or UD calories within your window. Before or after your window you fast.

Fast Five is a type of Intermittent Fasting with a 5 hour window. Here is a link to the website where the ebook is free. It is a quick and easy read.

I do fast 5 one day a week since I weigh in at my weight loss meeting in the evening so I don't eat until after I get weighed. I eat between 5:30 and 10:30 (unless I fall asleep before then LOL). I notice it's easier to eat DD or MD calories in that 5 hour window because I tend to get full very quickly that late at night.
