:( I'm so sad today. A few of my flock didn't make it back after a day of free-ranging yesterday. They have a guard dog with them...I don't know what happened.

I have always wanted to have a sheep farm! I know nothing about farming, or sheep. I did have a Sheltie several years ago, but that's about the extent of my "expertise". I don't know, it just sounds like a wonderful and rewarding thing to do. Hard work I'm sure!

Thanks, Carol. I have ducks and chickens. We haven't had sheep in years. They can be very cuddly & cute if you raise them from birth. We've done that with miniature goats and even after they've grown they would try to sit in our lap! So cute.

I am sorry about your chickens. I have so many I would not miss any of them. Part of them free range and come back at night to roost and the lazy ones stay in the chicken yard and wait for me to fill their feeder.:)

We are having guests and I am making my husband and friends favorite
dish Veal sweetbreads in a mushroom wine sauce, baked potatoes and
brown glazed carrots....

No breakfast, no lunch, coffee with cream to hold me and 4 oz. kefir.

Burned the roof of my mouth on my beloved chili at lunch. I do believe a Click Espresso shake is in my near future, you know, for medicinal purposes. Add 120 calories. :D

Well, today was supposed to be a DD, but will probably be an UUAD.

I think I am going back to 2700/700 rotations. I did 2200/1200 for a little over a week, but I think my 1200 calorie days are too close to normal which seems to make myself say it is OK to go to 1400, then 1600, and by then I am up to 2200+. So need to go back to my normal rotations.

I'm at 342 so far, I'm thinking some sauteed zucchini for dinner and if I need to then I'll add one more protein shake, but going to try to hold off on that.

263 total... Almost wish I hadn't made the Alfredo for dinner. I had pushed through a hungry afternoon at work then really wasn't hungry. Not sure why I ate. :doh: Of course now that I did, I want something sweet... Probably 18 cal gluc pudding. :yummy:
