Today is a pork, turnip, leek, and prune day. Plus barbeque sauce!
I'm going to be driving Middlest back to college, so I started off the morning with pork links, fried turnips, and a mess of greens. That will keep me full for a while. For lunch I will stop at Black-Eyed Pea and have their ribs and greens with a little sauce on the side. And back home, dinner will be leftover greens and a nice juicy pork chop. Prunes sprinkled throughout (I LOVE prunes!).

I don't know what I'm having yet (odd for me), but I know that it's my UDs that I need to keep in line to make downward progress. I don't usually have UUADs, but most UDs are 200-300 calories above where they should be...and over a week, it means that I'm having UUADs

Whole new week in a whole new month!! I'm feeling good
Breakfast: Lean Pockets - 540
Lunch: Hummus with a few pretzels, triscuits, and carrots (400)
Dinner: Pork chop, sweet potato with butter and cinnamon (777)
Total: 1,717 calories
I know the chance of calories counting being 100% accurate is slim, but I feel like I need to get ahold of my Up days this month, because I was eating like it was a last meal over and over again in October. I'll do the same of course with my down days - they've become easier, as long as I'm not at home all day, bored.
JUDDD Numbers 2014:
Normal Calories = 2320
Down Day Calories = 464

LadyB-- I agree, being bored is the WORST!
I have plenty to do today-- expenses from my last 2 business trips, another project to help me get cleared at the border and LAUNDRY.
Today is my DH's birthday (been celebrating all weekend) (but not with food yesterday!) and so the plan is for Popeye's chicken (if we can find an outlet) for dinner, and we have 2 mini cakes for dessert (he couldn't decide what he wanted)-- carrot, and chocolate truffle
I'm counting it like this:
B: 2 pcs toast, 1 slice cheese, and some yogurt - 330
L: can of soup, 140 I think
D: chicken, biscuit, maybe a few fries, and cake.
In the 2300 to 2400 zone.

I'm feeling just a bit *blah* this morning - not sure why. I'm trying to ignore it and move on with my day. Which, thankfully, is UD! Wooooo!

D: PB if there's anything left
