Down Day Sunday - Plans
I am having pineapple, beet, and spinach smoothies today.
And water. :)
I've had my water and vitamins (feel a cold coming on, and a) can't accept that b/c I'm going to Disney later in the month and b) going to sit outside in the cold for hours today at a rugby game).
L: will bring a protein shake, and try to have some tea perhaps at the game
D: not sure, will grab something out of the freezer, and pick up some broccoli for steaming on the way home.
maybe an apple for dessert.
500-700 cals is the target.
I am also catching ( or caught ) a cold from my son.
Today I am having:
Hb egg (70)
Frozen meal (250)
Maybe some chicken broth at night
My plan is to stick to a DD. Seems simple, but not for me lately.
L-Probably will get a McD's large SF vanilla iced coffee (160)
D-Chicken breast, veggies - 170
s-SF fudgesicle - 40
We're having Hamburger Helper tonight :)

I made it, but I was too hungry by the end of the day. Must plan my next Down Day to be more protein and fat, not carbs, even nice healthy ones.
I stuck to the plan yesterday, and powered through (no apple), and am very proud of myself.
I saw a TED talk yesterday (in the life hacks series) and one of the things the speaker mentioned is that will power is a muscle. The more you exercise it, the stronger it grows.
It was will power not to give in to any "head hunger" and I feel stronger for it!
