Let's get this month started!

11/1 - Sprint 8 on stationary bike + Day 11 Plank Challenge (60 seconds)

1/11....15 mins walking
2/11....30 mins walking
3/11....2 hours walking!! back is bad however, remember I said kill or cure?? It seems the killing part is working more at the moment. If its still bad tomorrow I may go to drs for some strong painkillers but am still going to keep the walking going till end of the month at least. Hopefully the old back may get used to the exercise!!

11/04 - 55 min bike ride/ yoga class tonight
11/05 -strength training 60 minutes
11/06 - brick class(1 1/2 spin followed by one hour run)
11/07 - strength training 60 minutes
11/08 - 60 min run treadmill
11/09 - Rest
11/10 - 60 min outside run (9 km Sunday group run)
I am organized this week! I will update this list with changes as/if they happen.:)

I am adding in a rest day today as I am tired! If I am feeling energetic again tomorrow I will run after the weight training.

Glad your back is starting to feel better! It is so difficult to be active with pain.
