*I've abandoned the Plank Challenge. I'll still plank a couple of times a week, but I'm going to skip it for the next week or so. Wednesday I finished my 120 seconds and my forearms and fingers had gone partially numb. They wouldn't grip properly for a few minutes, like I had no control over the muscles. That faded over the next hour or so. Yesterday after planking, it did it again, not so bad. This morning I could feel it happening again, so I just stopped. I'm not going to hurt myself or damage nerves doing this!

Wow, you lot are amazing!

I've decided since coming back from my long walk that i really don't want to lose my level of fitness as i feel great at the moment. I've very rashly signed up for a 10k run - it's not until august next year so i have plenty of time to train...

11/4 - 60 minutes hula hoop + Day 14 Plank Challenge (90 seconds). Maybe more HH later... Update: another 60 minutes hula hoop
11/5 - Sprint 8 on bike + Day 15 Plank Challenge (90 seconds)
11/6 - 65 minutes hula hoop + Day 16 Plank Challenge (120 seconds)

11/3- running on elliptical 1.2 miles in 7 minutes. 40 minute walk.
11/5- running on the elliptical- 1.25 miles in 7:50 minutes.
11/10- running on the elliptical- 1.75 miles 10:35 minutes.
11/12- running on the elliptical- 2.45 miles 15:35 minutes.
11/16- running on the elliptical- 2.85 miles 17:57 minutes.
11/17- running on the elliptical- 1 mile- 6:15 minutes (more later).
