Up day - FRIDAY! Plan?
Today is a crazy day for me. Filled with food at the office which NEVER, EVER happens!
B - 2 eggs, toast, cheese 320c
L - deli meats, chips, veggies 600c (estimating)
D - out with the office crew. It's a nice place, probably steak salad and WINE!
Ugh, that doesn't sound fun, but maybe since you're planning to go out with the crew later, it will keep the office munching at bay!!! Enjoy your UD girl!!!
Not sure what's shakin here, another crazy weekend! All the hallo candy sitting here looking at me this morning. YUCK! (glad yesterday was a DD so I missed it all, hehe!) Probably left over pot pie for lunch (if I'm home), then tonight Collin (middle son) has a marching band performance at the playoff varsity game (we're going to FREEZE!). Dinner will be on the fly quick, for sure. Not much planning today...will keep track of calories!

D: ??? It's FRIDAY, and we're headed up north... So who knows when or what we'll end up with!

I had way more carbs than I should have today, so I'm glad tomorrow's a DD because there won't be an excuse to have them tomorrow. The only low-cal food I have at home is also LC.

D: 4 oz chicken with mandarin sauce, mushrooms, butter (305)

1376 so far... Target 1900. I'll have another snack, but will make sure it's LC.
Sharkini.... SF horchata? Is that a recipe you have or do you buy it somewhere? Horchata is my absolute favorite!!!!
Rose, I make my own: almond or rice milk, cream, sugar (or sugar-free sub), cinnamon, shaved ice. Super yum and easy!
