Achieve new low of 122 and maintain under 125

Starting a tad heavy this month :o

Hi everyone! I'm Michelle. Been a long-time member here, but not always active on the boards.

Been doing Atkins and yoyoing between 145&155 for a couple years.
Combining JUDDD and low carb since 10/28. Down two lbs as of yesterday morning and only weighing on the morning after a DD.

Goal for November: 143
Goal weight: 125 (I've never reached my goal weight. I will!)

10/31 - 151.8 UD
11/1 - dnw DD

Well yesterday's DD turned into a UD. :cry:
I took my Granddaughters out to lunch and a clotted cream scone attacked me! :annoyed:
Just to make sure, DH brought fish and chips (fries) home for dinner. :laugh:
So I decided I might as well end the day watching tv with some Magic Merlot.
Seemed to do the trick! ;)

For practical reasons, I can't see me doing a DD this weekend, but I'm reporting here so I keep the UDs in check! :cool:

Hope you don't mind me joining in, I wasn't going to weigh myself everyday, but I think it might be a good way for me to stay accountable. I really don't know what's going on though, my weight this morning (after a down day) is 5 lbs up from my Oct low.
