Lemontini "Hope you don't mind me joining in, I wasn't going to weigh myself everyday, but I think it might be a good way for me to stay accountable. I really don't know what's going on though, my weight this morning (after a down day) is 5 lbs up from my Oct low. "

My experience is that my lowest weight comes after a good UD not a DD. Not really after an UUAD, tho. It takes my body two days to register what is going on.

I can't decide to weigh in November or not weigh in November. What I really want is not to stress over it. And for a goal this month - I want to leave the decade of the 60s for good! Although they were "very" good years - met my DH in 1967!

November 1 159.75 DD
November 2 158.5 UD (1900 calories)
November 3 158 DD (shooting for 350 calories or less)

Shooting for 2000/less than 1000 rotations.
Aiming for around 70 g of protein (average) per day.

Lemontini, if I'm right in thinking that yesterday was a UD, that's a miniscule bounce and nothing to worry about.
Don't get hung up on the scale fluctuations. Just keep doing the rotations and JUDDD will do its magic.
