Nov goal is to just get back in the swing of rotations, get dd's to 500 cals, and see any kind of downward movement in the scale.

Finally! Part of the weights is that I have an old dial scale, so no way to measure between weights objectively. I don't change it until it is definitely on the next tick mark.

Even better is the 1/2" gone from my ribcage, waist and thigh, along with the 1/4 inch from waist and hips!

I feel a little badly about abandoning all of you in the daily weigh-in, but I want to congratulate you all for your success! Regardless of whether you lose well, or not, keeping a daily account is tantamount to success.

For myself, I just got discouraged seeing the numbers stay the same, increase, or not go down significantly and it was crucial to my mental health to just stop posting my weight. I never stopped weighing, but not having to post it every day was kind of a relief. I'll get back to it, but in the meantime, I just wanted to give my kudos to all of you LOSERS!

cindy. i can totally get that. sometimes it's good seeing it in writing staring you in the face and other times it brings you down. i go back and forth on it.... thinking of changing to a once a week weigher, but i think i will need to wait until after the holidays for that bit of faith.

Nov goal is to just get back in the swing of rotations, get dd's to 500 cals, and see any kind of downward movement in the scale.
