Jumping back in here for accountability. I didn't rerun my numbers, but I'm going to just see what happens for a couple weeks. Right now, I'm trying for 1700 UD/and working down to 500 DD. (my first couple of dd's were around 750). Last time I did this, my UD cals ended up needing to be way too low, so I'm going to see what I can get away with from the start this time.

Nov goal is to just get back in the swing of rotations, get dd's to 500 cals, and see any kind of downward movement in the scale.

Scarlette, this is a great way of knowing the "slow" vs the "fast" months. Good to keep a tally. I did that manually on a sheet of paper then tried to see if I could recreate the good months! It does help!

Yes, I love my high UD cals!!! This is why I try to (overall) do as low of DD cals as I can. I am spoiled! Juddd rocks! (errr, I mean, it's SOOOOO tough "dieting" like this)

I see the muscles only on my calves the rest are hidden under saggy skin/bat wings/cellulite and what nots!
