Start Date: Aug 2011/I've been maintaining since April 2012
Jumping back in here for accountability. I didn't rerun my numbers, but I'm going to just see what happens for a couple weeks. Right now, I'm trying for 1700 UD/and working down to 500 DD. (my first couple of dd's were around 750). Last time I did this, my UD cals ended up needing to be way too low, so I'm going to see what I can get away with from the start this time.

Nov goal is to just get back in the swing of rotations, get dd's to 500 cals, and see any kind of downward movement in the scale.

No change but that's ok. I was expecting at least a week before I see any movement as I adjust and work those dd's down in cals.

JD some of your UDs are quite low, especially considering the amount of exercise you're doing.
That might be why your DD cals are creeping up.

Cindy, can you have too much fun???
At least with JUDDD we can eat our cake and lose the "consequences".


My goal for November is to redevelop a good supply of sirtuins so I can get back to 124!

Jumping back in here for accountability. I didn't rerun my numbers, but I'm going to just see what happens for a couple weeks. Right now, I'm trying for 1700 UD/and working down to 500 DD. (my first couple of dd's were around 750). Last time I did this, my UD cals ended up needing to be way too low, so I'm going to see what I can get away with from the start this time.

Nov goal is to just get back in the swing of rotations, get dd's to 500 cals, and see any kind of downward movement in the scale.
