After and UPP day I almost feel that I need a DD.....
Heavens I ate too much. Only one meal but it was a doozie:eek:

My halloween UD went about 500 calories over - so today's DD needs to be spot on!!

b/ coffee with 20 calories half and half
water and broth thru the day
d/ 300 calories of lean protein and veggies - and possibly wasa with laughing cow cheese and dill pickle slice - I love this. <grin>

I'm planning on water and kombucha, with a can of kippers in reserve if I need to combat a candy hangover from yesterday. I am driving down to get Middlest from college for the weekend, so at least I will be away from food most of the day.

Went way over my calories yesterday, but plan to make it a great DD to get back on track.:)
L-100g of potato, sliced and dry fried with hot sauce(90 cals)
Snack-sliced cucumber with salt and vinegar(45 cals)
D-Miso soup (25 cals)
Snack-diet Popsicle (10 cals)
Green tea

Total 170 cals

Day 1 of getting my mojo back!

B: vitamins, water. Need more water. Maybe tea.

L: looking for a protein shake. Might extend with water? (170)

D: I have salad greens in the house, so I just need a protein with it. (salmon burgers! 170 each, will have 1-2)
Probably an apple for dessert. (100)

I'll go foraging in the freezer in the basement to fill in the details.

I ate so much yesterday... Don't even know the count!

We went to a friends house for Halloween/Birthday celebrations.
We went for dinner @ 6, but the food wasn't served for about an hour after we arrived. I was starving and there were tortilla chips with dips out. I ate so many!

We had a nice turkey chili that would have been very healthy had I not had all the chips. I didn't have candy there, but I did have a slice of bday cake and some cookies.

Today I am not hungry at all
I made a almond milk latte but only drank a small amount.
I am now drinking some chicken broth, but I can't even finish it.

I have had about 17 cals today...

So far I've had a bowl of cabbage soup and some diet Jell-o for a total of 134 calories. I'm plenty full (just now ate because I spent the day shopping and then driving to pick up youngest DD from college), so I'm confident that I can hold the line here. Looking forward to a yummy UD tomorrow with lunch at Chili's. :yummy:

I'm with you...not hungry at all today after yesterdays feasting...

2 Stover peanut choco candies 100 cal.
cabbage soup 1c. cal.? not much
1.5 oz hamburger patty
7 spears asparagus.
8 oz. kefir home made LC
2 coffee with 50 cal. creamer

Maybe I'll all of a sudden get a hunger pang, but I hope not.
