Halloween- Up Day! Plans?

I am having fish and mussels for my protein today, rice and blueberries, and lots of seaweed.

The jury is still out on whether I will eat candy. My health issues and natural inclinations, say 'no'. Tradition says 'yes'. I have a small bag made, with just my favorites, about 400K and 50g C, just in case. It is tucked out of sight, so it won't be dancing around, tempting me, but it is there if I want it.

I'll post my plan later, but wanted to say that I bought Reese cups yesterday for our "TOTs", knowing that they would be difficult to resist. I may have some tonight, or I may not.

I bought three large bags of assorted candies, stuffed them into the pumpkin basket we use for distribution(luckily, it has a lid), and tried not to think about them any more! So far, so good.

Honestly, the idea of eating candy doesn't appeal to me as much as being able to eat FOOD on my UD.
But knowing my kids will be blessing me with Reeses Cups all day (Mom's favorite), I'll plan to eat a couple!

UD - coffee with half and half for breakfast
L - wasa with LC cheese and wasa with PB, chobani yougurt with almonds
D - stuffed acorn squash - mexican style

As for candy today - don't plan any. We live very rural now and don't get trick or treaters. Back in the day, I always made sure to pick a candy to give out that I didn't like - then I wouldn't eat the leftovers. Hey, it worked for me.

I'm tryng to break away from all things white - so hopefully no sugar or breads today.

Today's a DD for me, but I indulged in a Reese's PB pumpkin last night. Just one.

Whoops! I looked right passed this thread and made another UD thread haha! Sorry about that! Here's what I posted.

Morning Snack: Protein bar
Breakfast: Lean pockets
Lunch: Small BBQ sandwich (maybe)
Dinner: Taco salad

HAPPY Halloween!!
I'm gonna enjoy it - I don't see any candy in my future though... I didn't buy any this year. I may grab some on sale tomorrow. I snickers!

We may not even go out - the weather man is calling for storms, and the winds are crazy high already. (Middle Tennessee, west of us, they're calling for a slight chance of tornadoes last time I heard)

BE SAFE if you are out tonight

I read this and thought about the movie "The Devil Wears Prada" when one of the assistants said, "I'm on this new diet - I don't eat anything all day, and just when I feel as though I'm going to pass out, I eat a cube of cheese."

Happy Halloween!!!
SO GLAD TODAY IS AN UD!!!

I took the dog to the vet (he's now on thyroid meds, so today was a 1 month checkup) and he got liver treats... I got a mini chocolate bar

B: big-- very hungry.
sandwich with lite mortadella and light Havarti
2 leftover/frozen pancakes and some syrup
--something like 800 cals already!

L: having some kamut pasta and tomato sauce (thought I had tuna, but I don't...)

D: will have a turkey sub (no cheese) and should still make my cals for the day, leaving room for more chocolates
