DD Tuesday plan?
 
Not sure how it is going to go, here is what I have planned.

chick pea salad 120c

I had to start over since I made a bumble brained start yesterday. So I counted yesterday as an UP day and today is my DD.

B-Coffee and water
l-Water and tea
d-tuna w/mayo

Back again - tried starting this the last week of Sept. but then we went away for nearly a month - medical and holiday - got home yesterday so am back at it today. Was quite happy to step on the scales and see 196.8 - only up .6 lb. in the month.
Today is down day -
b - lots of black coffee and water
l - hard boiled egg
s - chicken and veggies

That quest bar, does it taste heavily of coconut? I love cashews but am not fond of coconut! Just curious.

It's pretty coconutty. I really like their chocolate brownie and chocolate chip cookie dough bars, too, and they aren't coconutty at all.

Took the kiddo shopping, so we had dinner out.

Carl's Jr. Turkey Jalapeno burger with no cheese. 100 calorie pack of fudge stripe cookies.

Total 959 calories and 80 grams of protein.
