B - waffle/eggs 255c
S - protein granola bar 190c
L - chicken/peppers, salsa, lettuce 200c
D - left over BBQ meat and sides... 900c
S - popcorn 250c

Estimated dinner. I will fine tune it later.

1900c is the goal

725 so far... Target: 1900. I planned on a couple of snacks during work that i didn't get to and I also didn't plan on dinner being so low cal, so I need to figure something else to eat tonight. Funny how on UDs nothing sounds good and on DDs everything sounds good! :yummy:

Keira and I ended up doing mommy/daughter date night so she chose Chubby's diner. I got a hamburger and a fruit cup. I've decided to go back to 2000 calorie UDs and wasn't even close, so I ended the day with some Jameson's and a chocolate iced eclair. ;)
