It's been a snacky LC day for me:o

B-coffee w/HWC
1.5 eggs w/cream cheese
3 slices of bacon

s-lemon fat bomb

L-1/2 avocado w/guacamole ranch
lemon fat bomb
iced coffee w/HWC and coconut sugar

D-Ribeye
Baked brussel sprouts w/bacon, onion, garlic and parmesan cheese

2 Mike's lemonades (I know it's carby)

Possible "frosty" later

Oh boy. I had string cheese and ham. Coffee with CO. 100
Then peanut m$ms snack packs 150
Pumpkin muffin with cream cheese 150
Then went to local winery to for trick to treat. Wine 300
Then cheese and crackers ??? 250
Wings and ffs for dinner and chips 700.
Ugh. I am ready for a dd

Brenda I feel the same way.
 
It was a glorious brunch out at "Molly's Famous Café" I always laugh at
that because we don't know who Molly really is. Georgia owns the restaurant.
It is always packed from early a.m. through 2:30.

We had:
Coffee with half n half
Eggs Benedict with lobster (hold the English muffin)
Special potatoes with onions, so crispy on outside and perfect inside
1/3 piece of DH's ham, 1/2 of his plate size pancake, sf syrup and butter.
I ate for 30 minutes. Even though I had a perfect day yesterday, I think
that this meal will obliterate all my DDs? This sirt gene has not knocked
on my door and that makes me sad. I don't gain and I don't loose so it's
perfect maintenance if you want to weigh 157 which I don't.

Well tomorrow hello egg whites, bone broth etc.

Whole Wheat Tortilla and Turkey Pastrami

OMG! I don't even know how much I ate today! Ugh... Feel gross. Can't wait until tomorrow's DD!

I had:
Turkey fried in coconut oil with mushrooms
Apple with LOTS of peanut butter
Asian Pear
LOTS of crawfish and shrimp in coconut oil with mushrooms

I meant to eat more, but I am doing this rotation thing to test for food sensitivities, and I couldn't see eating more apples and peanut butter, which was my only option. So strange, feeling like you should be eating more. :)
