I'm trying to fast today.
3L water
Unlimited herbal tea
Cucumber water

P.S. i am so mad at my scale right now. I have been very careful with calories and had no loss or gain for 10 days. This morning I'm up 3 pounds. :p

Kris, that must be so frustrating. I hope the scale moves quickly for you!

My DD today isn't really well planned out... so far this is the plan:

B: hard-boiled egg (70)
L: Miracle noodles with mushroom tomato sauce (40)
D: Not sure.... probably 2 oz chicken with asparagus (95)

Snacks: Maybe some of my gluc pudding (20) and chicken broth (5)

B- cup coffee with SF creamer= 30

4:30pm- cup coffee with SF creamer= 30

Bedtime snack plan: 3 Kim's Deli pops= 30, laughing cow light wedge= 35, 1/2 ounce turkey pepperoni= 35

Total= 160
(Maybe some cucumber if I go to the store).

I just woke up. Will be making tostadas with a little beans and grilled chicken
Jello/yogurt dish for snack. I work again tonight so will probably have tuna and crackers around 1:30

had a sf latte this morning for 90 cals and a Honey Crisp apple for 80. 170 so far


I'm shooting to stay under 600 today but I'm a bit clueless right now on what I'll eat the rest of the day.

L - small sausage patty
D - small HB patty with pickles and ketchup

B: 2 small celery stalks with LC blue cheese wedge and hot sauce (50)
L: Protein bar and 4 forksful of the inside of DH's burrito (310)
S: Turkey/cheddar sausage (120)
D: Zoodles with chicken breast, light alfredo, and garlic

Coming in around 700 calories today.

Coffee all morning, then a Few bites of homemade banana bread mid afternoon. Dinner was a 40 cal piece of provolone cheese wrapped around a bit of rotisserie chicken & 3 dill pickle slices. 2 bites of DH's birthday apple pie (apple part only) for dessert. ;)

Typically only available in the fall for about a month, it's actually "Honeycrisp",I typed it wrong lol.

They are a really yummy apple, best for eating not baking I have found. They are a crisp texture, and a great balance of sweet/tart.

If you like apples, go get you some :)

Ended up having Tyson Buffalo Chicken Strips (3.9 oz) and 2T Kens Blue Cheese Dressing which was 397 cals,

Total today is 567 which is right where I wanted to be - Yay

Can you believe I did it?! Just water and tea all day. It got a bit iffy when the rabbit left carrots in her bowl but I refrained. :laugh:

I ended up at 331 today... wasn't hungry a bit. Love this plan!
