UD Friday! What are we having?
Ugh! Disappointed this morning - still no weight loss for this week after being sick Sunday and Monday. I hope this is just a readjustment. Regardless, I'm trying to be extra careful on my DDs, but let's not worry - today is an UD!

Not sure what we'll eat as a side yet, but I'm just happy for real meat!
Last night my BF made cajun pasta (jar alfredo sauce, can chicken, and noodles) It was not good, which was fine since it was my DD - I had a tiny portion, and a sweet freedom fudge pop.
not really sure right now.. but tentatively...
B- coffee with HWC, Atkins bar, banana
L- salmon burger with tartar sauce, broccoli with butter
D- chicken salad with blue cheese, almonds, beef jerkey
that comes to 1450. May add in some sunflower seed kernels.
so far today a sf pumpkin latte ( made with Co and sf coconut creamer) 75
egg salad 260
mac nuts 200
lunch is chicken 160 and maybe soup?? wo soup I am at 750, I want a fatty dinner
so I might stop till then

D-pick up something for bf and me--will be working concession downtown after work today

B: Pumpkin bagel with cream cheese and grande mocha
So happy with my bagel and mocha that I really don't even want anything else, but I still have over 1000 calories to eat for the day.
May go to Costco on my lunch break and get one of those new BBQ brisket sandwiches. I don't know if they are good. I will have to look up the calorie count too.
I saw them when I went last, but it was a DD so I couldn't partake...

I'm trying to stick to LC, but it's so hard getting it out of my system. :laugh: I just want to eat whatever on UD ever since starting JUDDD.

I am turning a DD into my Saturday medium day and vice/versa.
One Egg poached 70 cal.
1 Ooopsie roll ?
2 slices Canadian bacon 40 cals.
3 tbs. home made hollandaise sauce ? (homemade)
2 slices of oranges
2 coffees with creamer 50 cals.
D: Small chopped steak 130 cal
Spinach in 2 tsp. cream cheese
1/2 c. brown rice pasta w. home made chunky tom. sauce
LC SF Pumpkin Pie Cake, dollop whip cream
Tea with creamer 50 cal
By the time I got my calories counted...
it was too late to edit my daily program
Hollendaise sauce 170 calories
100 calories for 1/2 c. brown rice pasta
30 calories for the fresh tomato sauce.
Add 300 to what I had before
I think that it comes to about 1,000 calories for a medium day.
B - coffee with HWC
L - Hamburger made at home
D - maybe a baked potato
I had everything on my menu, plus picked up a grilled shrimp greek chef salad for dinner. I could only eat about 1/4 of it. I was sooo hungry after work until I had a beer downtown. :D Weird how alcohol depresses the appetite, yet stimulates it later. Hoping that doesn't happen tonight!
We'll I added a 6 ounce filet and sweet potato fries to my ud and some wine. I ended with about 1650. Now to survive a Saturday dd. Ugh. Trunk or treat at my church Saturday night. No candy no candy. I will be chanting that to myself all day.
