I think I'm going to make a big salad tonight for dinner with lettuce, tomato, onion, chicken, a little ham, and a few bacon bits with low cal or no cal dressing - the fridge is getting skimpy! I'll certainly be visiting the store this weekend.

Last night I took the one steak we had and we cut it in half, then had a small tilapia filet and a potato. We've been getting creative. I have absolutely nothing to take for lunch tomorrow haha! Just gotta make it one more day!! - I'll shop this weekend ;) I made my list today since all I can think about right now is food lol! I'm pretty hungry, but I've been chewing sugar free gum to kill my taste for anything. Just gotta make it anothe 2 1/2 hours, and then I can sit down to my nice green salad.

It's not that I am used to eating sugar on DDs, because I'm not. And it's not that I'm craving sugar particularly, because I'm not. It's just that I am hungrier in general, and am finding DDs difficult again after months of no real issues. I am attributing it to starting a lower carb/sugar free diet. It could be that I am burning more fat, because I don't have the bloat and sugar to get through. :D That would be nice!

I've been on a soup kick because I have been freezing and feeling crappy. TOM has been around all week so I'm craving more than usual, but I'm trying to stick to my rotations.

I'm a little more hungry than usual today too Cindy. I don't think I can attribute it to the no-sugar though. I do have those DDs every now and then. I hope you're right, and it means we're burning fat.

Still hanging in there! I had a iced coffee/skim/splenda/hazlenut/cinnamon for 80 cals at lunch, and just ate a piece of ham + 1 piece of celery w/LC blue cheese wedge.

That puts me at 360, and no dinner yet. Lots better than yesterday though! I will probably go as high as 700.

MD today, following the DD, MD, UD method of changing things up - off to the beach tomorrow - has to be an UD!

Hungry now! Managed 1355 cals, which is fractionally over my 1/2 way cals - not bad, as it is 1am! Best go to bed, silly early start!

I had about 3 oz of avocado with ranch (full fat) dressing for dinner, 3 cucumbers with salt and later canteloupe with cottage cheese. I probably got close to 900 calories. I think I can have higher DDs for a while, at least, until I get used to LC. I lost without couting calories every day when I was doing it a year ago. :)
