THURSDAY UP DAY EATS ANYONE?
I know it's early but tomorrow morning will be such a rush job
around this house that I won't be able to make my commitments.
We have two appointments in a row, one hour apart. After we do that
we shall come home and have a big lunch.
Small baked potato smashed
2 tsp. real butter
My special sauerkraut
German mustard/sour cream spread (for bangers)
Coffee with cream
LC SF pumpkin pie cake with a blob of whipped cream
That will be my major meal for the day. If I get real hungry
about 8 or 9 p.m. I'll have a protein snack.
Tea with creamer
What are bangers?
I just started my Thursday up day. I'm at work and just now had time to eat something. I'm actually finishing up my down day calories from Wednesday. We have been really busy tonight. I won't eat again until 4 or 5 later today. Not sure what we will be having, probably leftovers.
UD Thursday - the usual coffee with half and half for breakfast -
yogurt and almonds for lunch - with veggie soup
wasa w/laughing cow
dinner will be out - grocery shopping night, but haven't decided where or what I want
B-plan on skipping, just coffee
L-hopefully out with DH
D-leftover cottage pie from Tues' UD + acorn squash

D: 1.1 lb crab legs, 2.5 Tbl butter (464)
1900 target .... I've got room for a snack if I get munchie later. Probably 2 slices ham lunchmeat and a few bread and butter pickle slices. Satisfies my salty, sweet and crunch all in a LC, low-cal snack!

A banger is an English sausage. I used to have them when I lived in
London. It was browned and then cooked through. A brown gravy was
made from the drippings and it was served with mashed potatoes.
The English call it "bangers and mash"....
This sausage is very mild. I loved it and also chipolata sausages.
Kissa help with the English sausages. Anyway there is a company
that makes them locally so I have them every so often.
I make them and have cauliflower mash.
Rose, I too love to have one lb. of Alaskan king crab legs.
