<raising hand> ME!

Wendy's chili sounds SO GOOD! It's uber cold here today, my ears are still hurting from standing out at the bus stop. Chili, coffee, anything HOT sounds divine! I may have to see if DH wants to go out for lunch at Wendy's. LOL!

If not, lots of hot drinks for me today...not a lot planned otherwise. Just going to take the day as it comes. (and strive for as low of cals as I can)

I'm in. No plans here as of yet, I woke up with a stuffy head so anything hot and steamy sounds good.

Cheese is extra. I never get it, so I can't remember how many calories it adds, but they have the information on their website. They use about a T of chopped onion if you add that, and my calorie tracker counts it as 4 calories. Yes, I really do track those 4 calories.

Hey. You can search fat bomb recipes on this site and get all kinds of different ones. This one uses lemon juice, lemon extract, cream cheese, butter and coconut oil. It's supposed to be good fats that help with a LC lifestyle.

My progress today: Already at 700 calories. I'm not hungry now though.

I haven't done a true DD in well over a week... I'm ready! (I think...)

Coffee this morning
Applesauce later this afternoon at work
I'm cold too!!! So maybe I'll have some hot chai tea... I've already drank about 66 oz of water and it's only lunchtime
I'll probably broil up some chicken tenders and italian veggies for dinner

Definitely will make a pot of chili tomorrow or Friday!!!

DD here for me also, but funny - today I'm not cold??? I was freezing on my last one!

coffee with my 20 calories of half and half
water, water, water
thinking salad and chicken for dinner - total should be 350 for the day! I"ve done pretty well the last few weeks by only eating one meal for DD.

Every time I see Dawn's chili from Wendy's, I wish there were one near me. <sigh>

LOL LG! You'll be fine! You're adjusting to going back to LC.

Looks like my DD will be pretty much fasting. I ended up going shopping with my mom for a wedding shower present, so Wendy's chili never happened. At this point, I'm making dinner for the kids and just going to skip myself. 60 cals right now. (skim milk in coffee this am, 2 creamers in coffee this afternoon)

Barb, I've been finding them at Food Lion, which is a grocery store. It's Tyson brand, so probably available most places in the freezer section. I've tried two flavors, and they are both delicious--Steakhouse seasoning, and southwest seasoning. They couldn't be easier to cook either, and always turn out moist and delicious.
