UD Wednesday - plan?
 
I had to work till 7:45 last night, so planning has been thrown out the window. MUST GET ORGANIZED!

B - 2 eggs, toast 280c
S - protein granola bar 190c
L - amy's meal 320c or soup 280c
D - pizza - everyone is home tonight, that NEVER happens during the week

Dinner: Not sure yet.. I have a big steak my BF and I may split, then maybe some fish with it? Surf and turf? and a baked potato. OR I may take the steak and make beef fried rice :)

L-hot dog and butternut squash soup 260
S- macadamia nuts 200
D- melt in mouth chicken and baked sweet potato- not sure of calories yet.. 500??

Not really sure. Still proud of myself for actually making it all the way thur a DD yesterday!

B- Atkins bar(200)
L- coffee with HWC, turkey burger with cheese and mayo, banana, beef and cheese sticks (650)
S- chicken salad with blue cheese, almonds, beef jerkey (775)

We all know how that feels. :)

My breakfast was tapioca-maple-coconut milk pudding with 2 figs and a half cup of pistachios.
Lunch will be a mountain of mussel and oysters with some seaweed.
Dinner- lamb and lettuce with artichokes. And probably more pudding and figs.


The big event of the day will be FORCING myself to go back to the gym with my Honey. It has been almost a month. :(

L: 2 burgers, roasted veggies (brussel sprouts, carrots, fennel, parsnips, onions)
D: beet soup, lamb stir-fried with carrots, bell peppers and onions
1 tbls ghee

1651 cal/56 gr carbs

Well I ate a bunch of graham crackers today( again )
So I have a lot less calories to play with.

B: pumpkin bagel w/cream cheese and an almond milk latte
L: yucky frozen turkey meal and a sweet potato
D: probably nothing since I had a 600 calorie snack of graham crackers. Maybe some protein (egg) .

Hey, it happens, but you did stay away from sugar! I'm proud of you for that. Are you going to do a DD tomorrow? If so, we'll be back on the same rotations.

I'm in. :) Finding myself hungrier than usual...I wonder if it has anything to do with sugar detox, or if it's mental?
