UP DAY TUESDAY. WHATCH EATIN?

Waiting to eat out at Home Town Buffet.

Coffee with creamer x 2 50 calories.

At the HTB I usually have chicken breast, 1/2 c. mashed taters with gravy
green beans, carrots, and soup du jour. 1% chocolate milk, 8 oz.
I eat a couple of their sugar free cookies.

At home I have tea with creamer and one piece of that LC Pumpkin Pie Cake.

I had whole grain toast with PB and a small banana for BF, lunch was 3 hard shell tacos from Taco Bell. I think dinner will be tilapia and veggies. Maybe some pumpkin bars for dessert if I get around to making them.

It's funny how when I first started doing Juddd I would fixate on buying treats like ice cream bars for my up days but now I'm just kind of ho-hum about it.

Tequila with Cascade Ice mango/orange soda will most likely make an appearance.

Oh, and a coworker brought home made cookies, so I might have one of those, too.

At 144 lbs. I'm attempting to make my UD cals. of 1,600 max. be so called "clean foods", to help keep better control of triggering carb cravings. I know it sounds boring, but it works best for me to save splurges on higher carb foods & wine for my UD on Sat. only.

Coffee w/ half & half, splenda
Quest Protein Bar
String cheese, almonds, diet iced green tea
Egg whites, turkey bacon, swiss cheese, V-8 juice heated with hot sauce, Edamame in shells
Romaine lettuce, tomato, tuna, chickpeas, red pepper, onion, fresh basil, balsamic vinegar & olive oil.
Greek yogurt, blueberries, walnuts

I'm trying to stay around 1900 cals....

B: Atkins Daybreak PB crisp bar
S: Hebrew National LF hotdog
L: Chicken mixture I made with spinach, mushrooms and cream cheese broth sauce
S: Colby jack cheese stick
D: 1/4 lb burger patty, 2tbl mayo, 6 olives

That leaves me 500 cals for the evening if I get hungry later.

I made paleo pumpkin muffins to share at work tomorrow, so I had one to be sure they're tasty. YuM!

Adding 135 calories.

Adding something to my UPP day

1/2 enchilada verde con queso done with LC tortillas.
Also had guacamole blobbed on top. DELICIOSO.

Going to make them for my next UPP day.
