DD Tuesday- Plans?

I'm having water and kombucha, all day long. I've also planned an extra long walk with the dogs, an extra-long bath(without them!), errands, and working on my Halloween costume. It will be a full day.

Not sure yet.
Plan as usual I assume - Water all day until dinner, and then a nice meal with the BF

I'm feeling better today - still a bit out of it, but I'll be fine. No more virus stuff at least, just a bit of weakness.

I managed a regular up day yesterday. But I'm sure Being that I was so sick those couple of days, my body is going to try and hold on to as much water as possible. I drank ALOT of fluids yesterday (water, gatoraide, sprite, ect..) If there isn't a loss this week, at least I'll know why.

I JUST NEED 3 MORE POUNDS THIS MONTH!! That's all I'm asking - I wanna reach the 10 lb mark for October

We'll see!

I am looking at my plan for today and I really think I need more protein. Might ditch a soup for a chicken burger??

Brenda - I would need more protein. Can you have some greek yogurt?

Sirtain - what are you going to be??? Enjoy the bath!

Lady - glad you are feeling better. YOU will make your goal! I know it!

LCLibrarian - enjoy your Tuesday!

My plan is:

greek yogurt 100c
tomato/cottage cheese 65c
salad 105c
yogurt 100c
chick pea stir fry 200c

goal under 600c

Zipp- It is a steam-punk inspired costume. Long skirt with a ruffled petticoat, corset style bodice, high-necked lace blouse, hair up in swirly style, with a top hat and veiling crowning all. The color scheme is dark and bright blues with black accents.
I am blessed with a generous bust, but the corset really puts it all out there. My Honey loves it.

S- HB egg, 1/4 tuna, 1 tbsp mayo, sweet peppers

I have had great success with the 'take some home for tomorrow' technique. I've even told myself a time or two that I could stay up until/get up at midnight and eat it if I want to. And once...I did!

Just about to have my first kombucha for the day, and I am really looking forward to it.

I have my DD planned out, but I'm feeling nauseous most likely from the migraine I'm suffering from. I have no desire to eat as of now so I may hold out until dinner.

L: Yogurt and grapes (100c)
D: Soup (200c)

It's looking like I'll just eat some soup today.

A bath without the dogs? I guess if you want to go the peaceful route.

Bummer! Having 2 DDs in a row (mentally) kinda sucks. But you'll do it!

It's pretty good. It's from David's Tea which was recommended last winter by Soren.

If it's working for you and you're losing well enough, there's no reason to lower it. Some never have to.

nice!

Some people do better with small meals throughout the day like you're doing. As for me, I can't eat early in the day because I get very hungry then. I find if I save most of my calories for dinnertime, I don't get hungry in the night. It's working for you, so don't change a thing!

It's the worst. I actually had to call out of work yesterday because I couldn't even open my eyes. Hopefully those migraines stay away for a long, long time.
