I woke up this morning with one thing on my mind.. exercise! (Bet you thought I was gonna say food, hah) Lots of energy..yay!

First DD for me!

I'm trying to eat around 70 cals every 2 hours and so far no real hunger. Oh, I'm also staying mostly LC.

9am: hard-boiled egg (70)
11am: Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt (80)
1pm: Hebrew National 97% ff beef frank (45)
6 bread and butter pickle chips (25)
1 c chicken bullion broth (5)
3pm: 1/2 Atkins snack bar (65)
5pm: 1 slice turkey bacon (35)
Steamed asparagus (30)
2 tsp Parmesan (25)
7pm: Grilled zucchini (20)
1 c chicken bullion broth (5)
9pm: 1/2 Atkins snack bar (65)

470 total

I really like those Hebrew National hot dogs. After I steam them I dry fry them then let them get to room temp.. tastes very much like a jerky beef stick.

I hope your first DD is goin' good!

Lunch ended up being a Subway salad with turkey and ham. I brought my own WF dressing. (110)

D: 162 g Zoodles with 1/4 C light Alfredo sauce, a to-go cup of tuna in water, and a clove of garlic -- aiming for a mock tuna casserole.

If I finish there, I'll end the day at 480 calories. I may add a glass of wine or a protein bar if the mood strikes.

It's been going well today
 
While it is a medium day, I like to keep it as low as possible.

Rose I think you put together a really good and thoughtful DD.
Everything looks like it was satisfying. How do you feel now?

I had 3 of those 40 cal. crepes with the boysenberry boil down that I made.
2 eggs and it held me well until dinner. Then I was really hungry.

The liver and onions and squash were filling and I tasted a low carb 'cornbread'
that I made for tomorrow. GOOD!

For tomorrow's UP day I made low carb pumpkin pie cake.
Can't wait. :jumpjoy:

Relaxing tea with creamer and maybe a sf choco pecan patty

I had a good DD. It's 12 am so I guess I'm done for the day. :D I had coffee this morning (80), a cheeseburger for lunch (350), and a bowl of mustard greens for dinner with some chopped turnips (80). I feel hungry, so I hope that's a good sign. ;)

B: we slept through it (helps on a down day) lol
L: 1/2 can progresso chicken/rotini soup, 1/2 banana
D: two tostadas with refried beans, diced grilled chicken, smattering of cheese, lettuce and tomato (150). I ate one for dinner and brought one to have at work.
S: DH popcorn, me shake
