Up Day Saturday Menus and Plans
Breakfast- unknown, but...
Lunch- salmon patties with mushrooms and zucchini
Dinner-bratwurst with asparagus and cucumbers
Snacks- pumpkin custard
B: Pumpkin bagel and cream cheese and almond milk latte
L: leftover pizza slice and a frozen ravioli meal
D: probably nothing ( I get home late and don't like to eat much at night)
S: I had a piece of the chocolate cake that I baked last night. :)
2 eggs fried :jumpjoy:
2 low carb crepes @40 cal. each
2 tbs. my cooked down boysenberries
1 tsp. butter
coffee with creamer
1 c. Mexican soup 170 cal.
Liver and onions
baked squash half
jalapeno poppers (2)
Might make a LC pumpkin pie. If I do I shall have a piece of it
with coffee and creamer.
Cream of crab soup for lunch.
One cookie for breakfast.
Coffee with CO, one slice bacon
Cabbage and sausage.
Back at church tonight and I think I will have a brownie and and a cookie. Lol.
