UD Friday - Plan?
Well TGIF !! I have to work a trade show today! FUN STUFF, NOT!!!!!!
SO, if it looks like there is no plan, it's because I really don't know what options will be there.
B - 2 eggs/toast 210c
L - DH said there was BBQ there, so probably that
D - DH and I are ALONE tonight! I think we plan to order pizza and drink wine and watch a movie!
SO, not much of a plan, such is!
B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee
L: Bahn Mi with Sriracha
Sick kid home with me again today, so probably leftovers for lunch, Friday pizza for dinner. In other words, too many carbs today, oy! It WILL be thin crust pizza, but leftovers for lunch is lasagna. ;) (skipping breaky)
Keira was home sick on Tuesday. Thankfully, DH was able to stay with her. No fun!

What are cocoa-peanut porkies?
recipe from Dana Carpender's site
8 oz of any sugar-free semisweet chocolate
3/4 cup natural peanut butter
5 oz pork rinds
Melt chocolate & peanut butter until smooth.
Poke a hole in pork rinds bag and crush into small bits.
Stir it all up, coating evenly.
Put into a (PAM/whatever) 9x13" nonstick pan. Press into an even layer.
Chill until set.
Cut into 24 bars.
Per bar: 129 calories and 7g carbs
I only make them so I can up my calories. They're very good.. but at first I wasn't sure how they'd taste because of the pork rinds.
b/ coffee with half and half, slice of cheese
l/ ugly! Met DH at a local spot and had horrible mac and cheese (which I ate about three bites of), two chicken tenders, one mouthful of the most awful looking stewed tomatoes, cup of seafood chowder with two saltines that was ok
d/ HAS to be better than lunch! :-) grilled cheese and soup, biscotti and coffee with thin mint creamer - yum

Two low calorie tostadas with hatch green chili rice and hatch pulled pork, jalepeno popper topping and lettuce. Trying to clean up some leftovers. They were really good.
Girls Keeno night tonight. Will have to show some restraint!
I've been out of touch for a few days, but doing well with food.
Emotional upset is usually my downfall, but with JUDDD I'm doing ok.
I'm a little under my calories but I'm not going to stress over it because I can only guess at lunch anyway.
