ok so first DD over!

it really wasnt terrible. i got some major hunger pains around 5/5:30 but got thru. i was able to eat a full serving of chunky soup and 2/3 cup of steamed peas around 6:30 and that was a life saver to get me thru the evening. i ended with 5 calories left over

i was 137 and this morning i am 134.5! it's water weight of course, but I'll take it

i woke up not hungry at all and i have to say, when i saw the message on *** "if you eat this way for 5 weeks, you will be 120" there was a part of me that was tempted to just keep with DD's, but i know that in the long run all progress will stall out. it was weird that i had to make myself eat breakfast this morning! i thought i would be STARVING!

i know you are all totally past this stage, but i just wanted to share my experience thus far. interested to see if DD's get easier as the weeks go by!

DDs absolutely get easier (for MOST of us, though some continue to struggle). You're doing great!
