S: chicken breast "fajitas" w/onion(just seasoned and stir fried really)in a split joseph's pita w/salsa
About 600 cals
B: Quest coconut cashew bar, coffee (175)
L: Small Wendy's chili w/onions and TJ's habanero sauce (184)
D: Zoodles, maybe in broth. Not sure what else.
Didn't it Dawn! I will say, with JUDDD I don't measure my wine in a measuring cup! :D

L: about 2oz of roast beef
D: shrimp and broccoli

not counting the calories, just going for the concept of limiting my intake, paying attention to what I'm eating.
I'm heading out on Sunday to what I hope is my 2nd-to-last trip to CA this year. I would hope it's my last, but then I won't make the 50K club on my airline. :doh:
so, there will likely be one more in early December and then that's it :)
B: and L: worked last night, slept through them. DH had an egg salad sandwich
D: ate early, I got up at 3:30 and DH was starving. I made chicken chalupas, for 4 shells I used:
Shells: 50 calories each Mission baked
Beans refried: 130 for all 4
Grilled diced chicken: 140 calories (4 oz)
2%cheese: 80 calories for all four (could have left this out, didn't add to the taste)
chopped lettuce and tomato
sour cream: 20 cal just on mine.
I figured they were about 150 calories each
I wish I had saved my second one for work tonight. I guess I'll take a protein shake.
B-coffee (2 cups w/1 T light cream & 1 T peppermint mocha) -75
L-1 piece of ham, dill pickle spear
D-2 cups of coffee - 85
Tilapia filet - 100
pan seared summer squash - 35
might have a pumpkin smoothie for 70 calories for dessert
