DD Thursday - plan?
 
If you are on facebook, look up Upworthly. They posted a girl doing a poetry slam about women! It has really made me STOP and think about what my daughter sees. Or google The Incredible Shrinking woman...upworthy Jessica Levenson WOW!

Today:

yogurt 100c
cottage cheese 80c
tomato salad 75c
chickpea stir fry 250c

If needed another yogurt

should be between 500-600c

coffee with half and half for breakfast
tea and broth thru the day
chicken and veggies for dinner

Going for 350 calories.

D: 100 cal english muffin with an egg, canadian bacon and laughing cow; broth
S: chicken breast "fajitas" w/onion(just seasoned and stir fried really)in a split joseph's pita w/salsa

About 600 cals

L: Small Wendy's chili w/onions and TJ's habanero sauce (184)

Didn't it Dawn! I will say, with JUDDD I don't measure my wine in a measuring cup! :D

I actually weigh mine on my food scale. :hyst: I know it's not 100% accurate as liquid weights vary, but it's close.

yep, me too. water is 1g=1g, so I figure wine must be close-ish to that.

DD here:

B: cereal and milk
L: about 2oz of roast beef
D: shrimp and broccoli
apple or pineapple

not counting the calories, just going for the concept of limiting my intake, paying attention to what I'm eating.

I'm heading out on Sunday to what I hope is my 2nd-to-last trip to CA this year. I would hope it's my last, but then I won't make the 50K club on my airline. :doh:
so, there will likely be one more in early December and then that's it :)

B: and L: worked last night, slept through them. DH had an egg salad sandwich
D: ate early, I got up at 3:30 and DH was starving. I made chicken chalupas, for 4 shells I used:

Shells: 50 calories each Mission baked
Beans refried: 130 for all 4
Grilled diced chicken: 140 calories (4 oz)
2%cheese: 80 calories for all four (could have left this out, didn't add to the taste)
chopped lettuce and tomato
sour cream: 20 cal just on mine.
I figured they were about 150 calories each
I wish I had saved my second one for work tonight. I guess I'll take a protein shake.

B-coffee (2 cups w/1 T light cream & 1 T peppermint mocha) -75

L-1 piece of ham, dill pickle spear

s-cucumber, celery

D-2 cups of coffee - 85
Tilapia filet - 100
pan seared summer squash - 35

might have a pumpkin smoothie for 70 calories for dessert

405 total with smoothie :)

I had another protein bar (Quest chocolate chip cookie dough) for 190 calories. I'll end the day around 600.
