and then a light dinner; either chicken noodle soup or baked tilapia filets :)
since i am JUST starting out, i am going to be eating some prepackaged items and a cup o soup for dinner i believe.

rice cake if needed..S
My menopausal co-worker has the windows open and it's freezing so today is a hot tea day for me.

I had a green smoothie this morning. Planning on crab for lunch, and some vegetable/pork soup this evening. That should bring me to around 450K.
Most important for me will be just keeping to my Down Day. I've had several Up Days in a row, and now it is time to get back into regular rotations.

Hey... Thought I was REALLY hungry this morning, but it turned out to be just stress and exhaustion. I ate:

I might add in some broccoli if I'm really hungry- 30
Total calories: 348 or 378(w/broccoli)

467/20 gr carbs or 542 if I add another HB egg

Total 215 calories Fairly low in carbs as well.
