UD Wednesday, what's on the menu?
 
B: coffee w/1/2&1/2; broccoli and parmesan omelet
D: tuna, white kidney beans, cucumber, red onion, olives, romaine, spinach and tomato w/Italian dressing
S: roasted chicken; the rest of the kidney beans made into a salad w/green beans, onion and Italian dressing

Approx 1400 cals; may have a latte and some cheese to up the calories

B - 2 eggs/toast 280c
S - if needed yogurt 100c
L - not sure, boss' day, so we are ordering from HIS choice!---salad???
D - either Non-Chili Chili or Fried rice

Hoping to have calories for FROYO from Orange Leaf, it's $4.00 all you can put in a CUP!!!! :yummy:

Weird day so far, but I think it's overall ok:
B: cornbread-oyster stuffing... a handful of corn chips and artichoke dip, and 3/4c of fruit loops and whole milk.

L: not sure. I have a dentist appt. Maybe the end of the butternut squash soup.

D: steak. But the good news is, no more turkey!

L: 1/2 club sandwich on wheat bread at Mimi's. (540, really! did not know that) 1 small bowl corn chowder 270
D: Home made chili with beans, beef and turkey about 450
S: to be determined. I work tonight. I'll have to have something to eat around 1am

I ended up adding a yoplait 100 calorie greek yogurt to the mix.
