UD Tuesday - Plan?

Breakfast - Ham/cheese lean pocket
Lunch - leftover stew
dinner - Pork chop and Mac&Cheese

I've been really craving avocado - I'd love to have a BLT with avocado right now!

p.s. I posted this in the October weigh-in boards, but I'm happy to announce a 3.5 lb loss in my first 14 days! Slow, but good enough!

I went to work for awhile so I had 3 oz cheddar cheese and about that much in raw almonds with a pint of Pistachio Almond Blue Bell for lunch. I seem to be failing in the nutrition category.

I am going to end and moly got in about 850-900 calories. I am not hungry. The last 100 was a glass of wine. Tomorrow is a DD. Should I still do 500??

Thanks everyone loved it

My husband helped me set up and take down. It was a party for 12.
As a senior citizen, I love having this group, but I told DH, as we are aging,
I need a larger living room because 5 members had walkers this time
DH had one thing to say to me at the end of the day. "WHEN ARE WE GOING
BACK ON LOW CARB" I gave all left overs to my dear friend and neighbor
who has 2 growing and hungry boys. She won't have to do a thing tomorrow
for them except warm ups. We were both happy

Thank the lord that tomorrow is a DD.....
I have a perfect menu for tomorrow.

I would make it an UD and just change your rotations. Try to get those UD calories in or this WOE can backfire.
