DD Tuesday - plan?
 
I am trying something new. Eating greek yogurt early on. I am a freak, if I wait too long to eat, then I get horrible pains (I call it Empty Gut Syndrome :) ) I am not a fan of yogurt, but I can force it down for 10 grams protein and only 100c

Plan:

yogurt 100c
cottage cheese 80c
tomato salad 150c
crack slaw 200c

if needed, another yogurt

goal 500-600c

I've found I do much better on slightly more calories and fat on DD's, so I may hard boil 2 eggs (140) and add 1T mayo (100) and have that in romaine leaves (10) during the day.

About 600 cals with the 1/2&1/2 in my coffee

Plan is to drink lots of water and tea all day and then a homemade thai spiced butternut soup for dinner - about 350 calories.

B: Coconut cashew Quest bar (170) and a Venti dark roast from Starbuck's (5)
L: Small Wendy's chili w/onions and TJ's habanero hot sauce (184)
D: Zoodles if I make it to the store (30ish) May add some light Alfredo sauce for another 40.

I'm going back to regular rotations, but I'm still worried about going too low on DDs since it triggers my chilblains. I may add more to my menu if I feel like it.

B: skipped it, got up late and exercised DH: late breakfast, egg sandwhich
L: mashed cauliflower with laughing cow cheese and a small piece of pork loin
D:DH- will have an early dinner with the same as I had for lunch
S: Sugar free pudding and pop corn later

L: Broccoli and cauliflower steamed with 0 calorie spray butter - 105
Snack: 8 mini caramel rice cakes - 70
D: Spaghetti squash, 1/2 cup turkey sausage crumbles and spray butter - 154

Total: 329

I may have a smoothy later though and that would add another 200 calories for a total of 529.

I skipped the chicken and had a huge plate of turnips, and roasted okra. It was pretty good. I'm full anyway. ;)

coffee -140 (had 2 more cups tonight)
ham sandwich-110
dill pickle-5
mashed turnips-70
roasted okra - 35

Total = 350 (unless I have a coconut bar for 120, then 470 total)

Lol, love catching up here!

Hellish couple of weeks (FB peeps- my eye is better, my presentation in Vegas was great, and my cold is cleared up)... Just in time for Canadian thanksgiving :)

Which went well, including the inlaws visit...

So, today was a dd for sure!
Higher cal than it should be, but compared to the precious days, I'm a saint.

On track UD tomorrow!

My DD starting with a greek yogurt went GREAT! I think I have found a new way to manage DD's....and we all know, I struggle with them more than most! :D

Monica, how many calories did you eat yesterday, if you don't mind me asking? I've found pumpkin smoothies to be appetite suppressing as well. My problem is not that my hunger is so great that I cannot help but eat, but in the evenings I feel like I just *want* something. It seems like if I eat nothing, then the evening is so depressing lol. I don't know how to get over that way of thinking.

i have a feeling SF gum is going to be a life saver for me. especially at night. keeps my mouth going and is minty so it might turn me off to wanting certain flavors.

I ended with 560c for the day and for ME, that is on the lower side.

I'm ok in the evenings as long as I am not STARVING/GROWLING hungry. My problem, again, is if I wait too long before I eat for the day, the pain I then have....NOT fun at all!

I ended at under 500, but I might try to get consistently under 300. I like BIG UDs. :D
