Lots of water!
Probably some chicken noodle soup for dinner - 120 calories
and some crackers - 120?

Maybe a snack mid-day? Not sure yet.

Really struggling with my water intake today....

L: Chicken tikka flatbread with crunchy onion rings - 271c
D: 2 x slices of Warburtons bread toasted with marmite - 240c

Fingers crossed I can keep to it, keep falling off the wagon of late x

No worries, none of us are perfect. My Saturday wa horrific - I thought the weeked would be easy, but it's the hardest! I get bored, and wanna bake, and then I get invited out or someone any number of things. I think my Saturday was about 800+. I had one sandwich, but it was a big ol' pork butt sandwich. So good, but oh the calories...

I guess my weekend DDs are better served as MDs - seems easier for me.

I don't really have a plan right now. I've had a horrible stiff neck since last yesterday and all I want is hot Coffee/HWC, so I may just have that all day. Hopefully this neck will relax and maybe then the plan will change to some food.

Target: 400 or less

I am going to try just liquids today so maybe chicken broth, more coffee, water, Diet Coke and a protein shake if I start starving.

Had to have a cavity filled so I didn't get enough water in ne. As ssin as tge Novacane started to wear off I wanted food.

L: salad with oil & vinegar
D: Chicken & Dumpling soup

Total calories I estimate as 490. I went over my DD calories but I'm not upset.
