Bowl of green vegetable soup 250 cals
340 cals :)
I had some Ronzoni Garden Delight Penne pasta with tomato sauce and parmesan (300 calories) and a Quest Bar (White Chocolate Raspberry, 190 calories) for 490 calories. Last day of induction.
Also had a cup of coffee, a cup of tea, and a decaf iced americano (all black)
