DD Saturday

I didn't see anything posted yet so I thought I'd start us off..

Busy day today so no time for 11 mini meals.

Target: 484

B) Skinny Popcorn, 78 cal.

L) 2 cups broccoli, 40 cal.
2 TB half/half, 40 cal.
1 cup veg broth, 15 cal.

D) chicken burger, 190 cal.
lettuce, 10 cal.
feta cheese, 20

Snack: hb egg, 77 cal.
2 pickles, 10 cal.

0 calorie: tea, water, Dr. Zevia, mustard

Total: 480

coffee with cocoa powder and 1 creamer- 20
almond cream tart (sample for work)- 50
2 T rice (sample)- 40

lunch- spinach, tomatoes, onion, and garlic big bowl- 100

200 for the day- no plans for dinner yet... but turning into an UD later. So nothing else till about 8pm. then wine and snacks.

I made a mistake yesterday so..

I am doing a DD today...It's a medium day so I think this is the better idea.
My Dr. Johnson book arrived yesterday and last night I dug into it.

Go for 500 cal.

First Meal:

1 White Castle hamburger @ 130 cal.
Coffee with creamer 50
Calorie free beverage

Second Meal:
6 tbs. Egg Beaters S.W. style 40 cal.
1 tsp. lite butter 20
1/4 c. J. Dean Turkey Crumble 35
1/4 c. Ore Ida Potato O'Brien 20

Third Meal:
Home made LC Lasagna 200 cal. Total *595
made with no noodle.
Used Ginny Larsen's Egg Noodle
Crepe recipe.
Green salad with no cal.dressing

Relaxing tea

*OK I over shot my goal but got pretty close.
My homemade lasagna is a guess. No noodles, home made
tomato sauce, Egg 'noodle' for 3 layers, extra lean organic
ground beef, a little mozz, 1/2 c. ricotta and Parm/Regg for
sprinkles. It makes a tall 9" square casserole. I think easy 9 pieces.

Came back to say the chicken burger is VERY filling, no kidding I feel like I just had a lot more to eat than I actually did. I bought them at Costco: Amylu carmalized onion chicken burgers. 190 cal and 3g carb. No soy or corn or fillers. I will for sure use these on DD.

I totally forgot I had some in the freezer, I them! When I move to Judd I will use these!

Those sound really good. We don't have a Cosco though, I'll have to see if I can find them. Are they in the frozen section?

They are in the cold case where the packaged deli meats are. Did I mention that they're precooked as well. Quick and easy to heat and eat. I hope you're able to find them.
