Good morning!

I am struggling with maintenance right now and have been overeating (blaming it on PMS!) so I am going to try to keep it low today. (Normal maint DD would be 1200 for me)

So...
B - coffee w/ half n half; joseph's pita w/ deli turkey, spinach & light cream cheese - 243
L - probably salad & 4 egg whites - 160ish?
D - not sure, but not to exceed 400 cals

Hoping to keep it under 750 or so.

What are your UD numbers, if you don't mind me asking. That DD number sounds wonderful, lol. I WISH I could get to maintenance! Maybe in another year.:confused: In the meantime, I sure am enjoying UDs.:cool:

Thanks! I am doing 2100/1200. It seems to be working but I'm kind in wait and see/might tweak mode.

Is it strange I like DD's more than UD's? At least in terms of planning. I do like getting to have yumminess on UD's. :laugh:

My menu changed. I bought some fresh produce from a stand this afternoon, so I'm having roasted okra and sauteed summer squash with onions along with my 1 oz ribeye. :)

LOL. And I made it. I am just not hungry so why eat just to be eating. :) Seriously I was so busy today I didn't have time to eat. Went to work, ran to the craft mall to restock my booth, back to work, home to package product since I have a show tomorrow and not enough product after stocking the craft mall. Now where would I have fit eating into that schedule. Had to pack the car too. Fed the goats, talked DH into milking for me and I am now ready for a shower and bed so I can get up at 5 and go sell goat milk soap under a tent which will not have weights since DH set a bundle of hay (21 bales) right on top of my tent weights that were under the carport. I might just blow away tomorrow. :hyst: But it is an UD. :)

Happy friday (and 4 minutes til Saturday!)

Avoided food/caloric drink until 7 pm today!

Had a Caribou Coffee Pumpkin Chai Tea (320 cals) and some Chicken Noodle Soup (180 cals) to hit exactly 500 today! Sunday is my last DD of induction!
