s-3 mini cheese balls, 4 Ritz crackers - 270
D-undecided-have about 840 calories left, unless I ditch something I planned for today. ;)
I'm looking forward to the rest of my UD. :D

D: Meatball sub
That leaves about 300 extra calories so I'll add a snack in there somewhere.
I'm at 630 cals before lunch.:o I'm afraid I "discovered" all the mini candy bars I picked up yesterday at our benefits fair in my purse. Of course, I didn't touch any yesterday. So, today I *had* to sample a few. :D
Looks like I might skip lunch, or just eat my yogurt, which will still put me at nearly 800, which is okay. I'm not hungry, but I might be before I leave work.
B: Coffee/HWC, Chobani
L: No idea, but I have room for something good!
D: Vodka gimlet, meatloaf, roasted cauliflower
D: Strawberries, maybe some chocolate

I think I finished around 3300, a few more than I should have but shouldn't make any difference! 2nd to last DD of induction tomorrow at 500! Then I get to move up to 690-700!
In the end, I went over by 200 cals. I'm a bit disappointed in myself. I need to learn some self-control! I guess that's what this is about though, learning from our mistakes. I will do better next UD.
My weight was up by quite a bit this morning from yesterday too, but hopefully I can knock it back down with today's DD. I so try not to weight daily, but it's hard. I really need to stop doing it especially on this WOE where it's going to fluctuate so much. Or learn my trend so I'm not panicking like I was this morning! More learning...
