DD Tuesday - plan?
 
Not sure, went in to today, NOT PLANNING well!

Here's what I have:

2 eggs 140c
strawberries/cottage cheese 100c
tomato/cottage cheese 65c
shake 180c

tonight:
Crack slaw 250c

735c total. I have the shake, but I typically do not use them. So most likely 555c total for the day!

B: Quest bar chocolate chip cookie (190) and coffee (5)
L: Small Wendy's chili (180) with onions (4) and TJ's habanero hot sauce (0)
D: 1C Dannon Oikos FF Greek yogurt (120) with EZ Sweetz (0)

That may be it for today. I can go up to 1200 if I want to, but right now I'm not hungry. That could change. ;)

A nice DD to everyone!

My plan for today is tea, tea and more tea (it's getting cold over here) and than have a nice and BIG portion of warming lentil soup for dinner.
Together with the milk in my morning coffee, that should sum up to about 350 calories.

My plan is water, tea, kombucha, with two mini-meals of vegetables/soup so iIm not taking my probiotic pills on an empty stomach. Maybe a protein shake tonight.

Tuna helper or Tilapia - we'll shall see.

As for the rest of the day - water, water, water!!
I find it much easier to maintain the calorie count if I don't eat until dinner.

I added up my first weeks' calories since I was curious about my average calorie consumption - I know it's not 100% accurate, but I'm at 1252 calories for the average, including my higher than average DD Sunday :)

8:30 pumpkin shake 50 cal.
9:30 4 c. spinach w/lemon 30 cal.
10:30 lf hot dog in lettuce 48 cal.
11:30 celery, 1/2 hb egg 48.5 cal.
12:30 sf latta 3/4 of sm. 50 cal.
1:30 cabbage/fetta 51 cal.
2:30 slice of turkey 30 cal.
3:30 sf jello, 1 mini moo 30 cal.
4:30 canadian bacon 40 cal.
5:30 pumpkin shake 50 cal.
6:30 lf hot dog in lettuce 48 cal.

Total calories: 475.5
Target: 484

My first DD for 10 days.

2 black coffees
1 coffee with a splash of milk
1 cup of tea with a splash of milk
Shiratake noodles with Miso

I've had coffee with 20 calories of half and half so far and I'm not hungry. DDs are so much easier for me than UDs lately.

dinner will be vegetable soup and some lean protein. 350 calories or less is the plan

I added some spring onions and spinach to the Miso.

Well under 80 cals I think.

B: beet soup with 1 HB egg
L: raw carrots
D: beet soup with 2 BB egg whites, bone broth

380 cal/32 gr carbs

sharkini- I am curious how did the 11 small meals go

Jinxed myself and I've been hungry today.

S: Quest bar chocolate peanut butter (160), 2 cups of David's Tea (Hot Lips)
D: Now I'm planning 200g zoodles, 1/2 C marinara, 2 slices of Jones' ham, and 2 T shaved parmesan. We'll see, though. May change my mind again. :o

The day has gone very well for me. By mid-day I kept thinking I was hungry but my stomach didn't have that hollow feeling..it was just my head messin' with me. I will definitely keep doing mini meals on DD. Most of the time my day starts at 5 a.m. tending to the animals before work so hot tea keeps me going until the first meal!
