UD Monday ~ What's on your plate?

B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee, iced tea
L: Banh Mi with Sriracha
D: ?? No idea yet, but I've been loving Zoodles. I'm out of zucchini, so may try sweet potato nests or carrot noodles with a protein.

Good morning DAWN! How was the Fair?

B - 2 eggs, toast 280c
S - protein granola bar 190c
L - breakfast casserole 300c
D - leftovers we have: Pizza (not GF), breafast casserole, take out food and guac
The only GF items are Breakfast casserole and Guac, so I guess that's what I am having!

Ugh!
I'm suppose to be at work at 8am, and I over slept until 7:30!! So I packed my lunch and breakfast QUICKLY!

B: Peanut butter and banana sandwich
L: Same
S banana
D: Noooo clue - probably leftover chili.

I think I over ate on my DD yesterday. I think I inched more toward 700-800. Should today still be a UD?

'Morning Monica! The fair was great! We ended up splitting a funnel cake with peanut butter, banana cream, chocolate, and whipped cream! Oh, yeah, Keira and I also shared bbq ribs, coleslaw and beans--so there was some "real" food too. Haha!!

Today's menu - trying real hard to keep it at 1765. I've been over too often lately!

b/ coffee, 2 bacon, V8
l/ soup, yogurt with almonds
d/ cheese steak sandwich, veggies
sn/ something crunchy!

I think you should just do an UD - the calories weren't that bad for a DD - it's up to you, but I'd keep my rotations going as usual.

I agree with Goner on this. Today should be an UD no question. Yeterday's DD was not anywhere close enough to call it an UD.

So far two eggs and a Starbucks sf frappa. I brought chicken salad and 2 apples for lunch and snacks. Dinner is spaghetti squash lasagna and a big salad.
Lots of water and a pot of tea.

Oh, I have had so many things today that all added up to 1689.
My UD allowance is 1798, so I think I will stop here.


I had some stuff that I shouldn't have (400 calories worth!) but I am still under for today.
I will make better choices on my next UD.

I track everything on my phone ... Makes it so easy just to scan a barcode. It is harder with stuff that is not packaged (stuff I should eat more of!)

Hope you all are having a great UD!

Dinner was 100g carrot noodles with 1 oz Kerrygold Dubliner cheese, 6 oz rotisserie chicken w/horseradish mustard, 100g butternut squash. The carrot noodles were pretty gross, so I won't be doing that again.

Finished up the day with rum and pineapple/coconut Cascade Ice.
