L: Small Wendy's chili w/onions and habanero sauce (184)
S: Fudgecicle (60) and 5 slices salami (100)
D: The plan is 100g zoodles, 100g butternut squash, 1/4 C light Alfredo sauce, and 5g shaved parmesan
Grilled burger with tomato slice, cheese & honey mustard sauce
Maybe a hot dog too...
I went way over my limit. This is my second DD and by afternoon I had unstoppable hunger.
Celery and salsa
Spaghetti squash lasagna (I made a tray of it for UD dinners, full fat cheese, sausage, and ricotta)

I'm disappointed with myself, so today is a MD.
I went over a bit too... Couldn't resist the homemade salsa...
Ended th day at 791, so not awful. Weekends are sooooo hard!!!
