Sunday UD menu :)
B: coffee w/heavy cream
D: we went to a local Mexican place and I tried a new dish that I absolutely loved! I had a few chips and salsa, but skipped the rice, beans and tortillas.
Probably a light dinner because I have no idea of the calories in this.
"El Dorado Dinner
Chicken breast topped with shrimp, crawfish, mushrooms,
and red bell peppers in our white wine cream sauce, topped with melted
blended cheeses. Served with guacamole, pico de gallo"
It was :yummy:
B: Black coffee, 2 fried eggs, 4 slices bacon
L: 1 banana, very small serving of spaghetti & meat sauce
D: Vodka gimlet, taco salad
Target: just under 1900 calories
I'm just starting and trying to find calories, so excuse the junk. I didn't know what to eat! I REALLY should have planned this. I'll do better Tuesday. :laugh:
B: 3 no bake cookies
L: LC breakfast drink from LC Sheila's site
D: Mexican pizza
S: Cinnamon roll, coffee energy drink
I'm short a few calories so I'm going to have a shake later. That will get me close to my 2450cal target.

UPP DAY GOODNESS:)
2 mugs coffee with HWC
1 fried chicken wing
2 big slices of roasted potato
1 cup clam chowder
1 small scoop cottage cheese
2 fresh pineapple chunks
2 tbs. tuna salad with a few chunky tomatoes
1 slice of fake crab meat
2 pieces of artichoke heart
steamed mix veggie with butter.
1/4 c. of vanilla ice milk
1 sprinkle of Oreo crumbs
Lot's of variety not much volume which is good. I left the restaurant satisfied,
B: Pumpkin Bagel (OMG so good) w/ cream cheese and Chobani raspberry + black coffee
L: Burger on Everything bagel, cheese
PWO: Quest Bar after workout
D: 2 Bratwurst on slices of Whole Wheat bread, brown rice, brussels sprouts
Total: 2463 calories
I have to look out for one of those. I love pumpkin!
